Men’s Club of First Presbyterian, Green Cove Springs
The Mission of the Presbyterian Men
The Mission of the Presbyterian Men is to provide support and help for those in need within our church, our community and within Clay County. We also support a mission helping those in need of glasses and hearing aids in Cameroon, Africa.
We have multiple fund-raising events. These include pancake suppers, a bird house Contest and Fish Fry, a car show and other events. This money is then used to support various charities, including the J P Hall charitable foundation, The Way Free Medical Clinic, as well as a special mission to collect eye glasses for those in need in Cameroon, Africa.
We work with Richard Knoff, the Boy Scouts and other volunteers to repair bicycles for the annual J P Hall Charity Christmas Party.
We have several Global Missionaries that our church has sponsored for several years.
The Presbyterian Men’s club meet on the third Saturday of each month in Friendship Hall.
